Offline Regionals are premier competitive events designed to determine the No. 1 player in the region. Face off against top pilots, compete at the highest level, and earn exclusive rewards as you battle for regional supremacy.

Tournament Information Doors open to the public at 8:30 AM EST for same-day registration

Round 1 begins promptly at 10:00 AM EST

This event will be run using the Bandai TCG+ tournament software

Important Notes:

Final invites are only awarded to North America TCG+ players

Players must be located in North America to register and participate

Event Structure 512 Player Maximum

Constructed Format

Swiss Rounds – Best of 1

Round Timer:

30 minutes per round

5 minutes of overtime with End of Round Procedures

No Top Cut

Side Events will be available throughout the day

Deck List Submission Deck lists are due by 9:00 PM EST on Friday, July 10th, 2026

Failure to submit a deck list by the deadline will result in a drop from the event without a refund.

NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE

*Submitting your deck list by the posted deadline will serve as your event check-in. Photo ID and proof of registration are required to receive prizing.

Waitlist Information The online waitlist will remain active up to two days before the event

If space becomes available, players may be automatically notified from the waitlist. They have 24 hours to respond to the email and register.

If not added online, players may still register in person the morning of the event on a first-come, first-served basis, space permitting

FAQ Q: I registered but don’t see myself in the Bandai TCG+ app. What’s happening? A: Registration is not immediate. We will post on our Discord when players are added. (Typically around 2 weeks prior to the event)

Q: Who do I contact with questions? A: Please email support@theboosterbox.gg

Q: Will there be vendors at the event? A: Yes, approved vendors will be present.

Q: Can I vend at the event? A: Vendors must own a brick-and-mortar store. No “backpack” vendors are permitted. Apply by emailing support@theboosterbox.gg with the subject line “VENDOR.”

Q: Can I sell on the event floor? A: Selling on the event floor is strictly prohibited. Anyone caught selling will be escorted out of the venue and banned from future Booster Box events without refund or prizing.
