Riftbound Coastal Series brings elite-level Riftbound competition to the East Coast—now in an exciting 3v3 Team Trios format.
Form your squad and compete for over $5,000 in cash prizing at 40 teams, all taking place at the Hampton Roads Convention Center.
This event is built for coordinated play, strong communication, and high-level competition—where every match matters.
What is 3v3 Team Trios?
In the 3v3 Team Trios format, players compete in teams of three.
- Each team has 3 players
- Each round, teams are paired against another team
- Each player is paired against one opponent from the opposing team
- Each player match is played as a Best-of-3 series
- How a Team Wins a Round
- Each player plays their own Best-of-3 match
- A team must have at least 2 of its 3 players win their Best-of-3 matches
Simple: Win 2 Best-of-3 matches → your team wins the round.

The Standard Team Entry grants full access for a team of three players to compete in the main event.

- 40+ Teams: 6 Swiss Rounds • Top 8 teams advance to Top Cut
All round counts and Top Cut sizes are estimates and may be adjusted at the organizer’s discretion.
Prize Support (Per Team)
Prizing scales with attendance. All payouts are awarded per team.
The organizer has agreed to pay out prizes within 30 days or less.
